OneSchool Global Blenheim has a rare but exciting opening for a new campus principal. We are seeking a strong educational leader with a background in either primary or secondary, leading our Y3-13 campus. This is a pivotal leadership role within our organization driving strong academic outcomes and building a high-performing culture. Our Blenheim campus currently has 17 primary students and 22 secondary students.

51���մ�� the Role

As Campus Principal, you will provide visible, hands-on leadership and be accountable for the day-to-day management and professional direction of the campus. You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through OneSchool Global’s self-directed learning model, ensure high standards of pastoral care, and foster a positive, inclusive school culture aligned with the organisation’s ethos, values, and guiding principles.

• Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community providing professional and instructional leadership across Years 3 to 13.
• Oversee campus operations, setting and managing budgets
• Ensure compliance with school policies and NZ curriculum requirements
• Creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive.
• A strong focus on student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing underpinning all aspects of your leadership.

• You are a confident, values-driven educational leader who thrives in a small-school environment while leveraging the strength of a large global network.
• You bring recent experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal within a New Zealand school, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a proven ability to lift academic outcomes, support student wellbeing, and cultivate a positive school culture.
• You are passionate about innovative education and committed to continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
