Job Description
You will work alongside the Aquatic Centre and Turf Manager, providing exceptional administrative support. 聽You will coach, lead, and train our swimming school instructors and pool staff. 聽 You will be versed in Health and Safety and understand the requirements around hygiene and maintenance. You鈥檒l be working on a flexible full-time basis, 40 hrs/week or more including Saturday mornings.
鈥 聽 聽Flexible hours, including Saturday mornings in School Term time (7am to 1pm)
鈥 聽 聽School Holidays (Monday to Friday only, hours flexible)
Previous experience as a swimmer or water polo player is advantageous. School experience, managing a swim school or an aquatic centre is advantageous.
As a natural relationship builder, you will be easily able to move from the supervisory skills to dealing with all internal customer and external customer enquiries. Your natural flair with maintaining a website and maintaining the swim school payment system will ensure the swim school runs smoothly and allow a great experience for all.
You are there to support all instructors, assist with any concerns and ensure great outcomes are achieved. 聽
